Dr. Ells

dr.ells is a Bandung-based coffee shop chain that operates as a hangout spot and a grab-and-go coffee stall, uniquely wrapped in a “coffee clinic” concept inspired by the owner’s background as a dentist.

Developed by KYUB Studio team, the project focused on a refreshed brand identity and collateral while staying true to its playful medical-clinic concept.

In a world where healthcare can often feel serious and clinical, the visual direction brings a sense of playfulness and approachability through a simplified logomark and lowercase logotype, while the familiar mascot transforms into a livelier character that playfully interacts with everyday medical tools.

The results are a system that feels familiar, yet lively enough to make everyday interactions a little more delightful.
